I offer both in-person and telehealth (online) sessions to suit your needs. My practice is based in South East Melbourne, Victoria, and I can provide the exact address upon booking. Online sessions are conducted via a secure platform, making therapy accessible for those who prefer remote sessions or live outside Melbourne.

In your first session, we’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, and your goals, and possible plans. This is a safe, non-judgmental space to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. I’ll explain what approaches might work for your needs and answer any questions. My goal is to ensure you feel heard and supported.

As an accredited healthcare provider, I am registered to offer Medicare-rebatable sessions under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative in Australia. Eligible clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from their GP can receive rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Additionally, many private health insurers cover psychological services under their extras cover. Please check with your insurer for specific details, as coverage varies.

Yes, I accomodate therapy in both English and Chinese, whichever suit your needs.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs. Session fees are $200 for 55min, and $220-$250 for 85min(Mon to Fri) as per therapy require, with Medicare rebates available for eligible clients (with Mental Health Care Plan). Private health insurance may also cover part of the cost.

I know you might be busy during the day, so I offer flexible scheduling for working professionals or students: After hour session with only an extra fee of $20 (with sessions booked between 5pm to 8pm)

• Discuss with the GP what support you are hoping to get to choose a counsellor/mental health professional

• Receive a referral for Mental Health Treatment Plan, inform your GP your preferred counsellor and their details.

• Book appointment with your preferred counsellor.
